Depends on who has been investigating me with their night actions i suppose;)
Winston can't do anything wrt night actions, so i will work on aligning myself with him, and i reckon without Chalky around Julia will be looking for some comfort from a fellow townie, and who better than me, the local lawyer (everyone can trust a lawyer) :D
Julia's power was to save someone, he clairvoyancy is more of a side note, but i think Barb is the investigative journalist, who might be able to dig stuff up on my past. she is potentially the danger. Still once i accuse her nice and early, i am hoping that i can convince one of the other two to join me. in the event of a tie, the first erson voted for gets lynched, so i only need 1 more person to join me. A few fabrications and i will hopefully have them eating out of my hand.
Barb is suspicious, especially with her last minute vote for Julia, i think i could sow a few seeds there

Blooming hell Thunder, you are not making this easy for us Rippers are you!? summarising things like that - i am hoping that noone sees the fact that Zozzler managed to test my blood. I might have to think up a cover story for why she would do that test me.

Yes I'm afraid that I made a huge error on Monday when I foolishly pushed the panic button when I realised that Iffy was going to struggle to defend himself.
By advancing the reveal times and promoting you to Ripper I tipped the balance unevenly.

I am not sure it is in the bag for me. They are not stupid. Maybe barb will convince them, although they seem pretty fixed in their views - my tactic was to get a vote in early too, so that in the event of a tie, i would still win :D

There might have been a few slips Thunder, but considering this was a first time you hosted it i dont think there were any fatal errors, and it is always good that someone is prepared to take the time and effort to construct a game for the benefit of us, so that is all appreciated.
wrt skewing - actually if anything, i was thinking that you were skewing things in favour of the townies, although i would say that being a wolfie!! ;) On a couple of occasions i had some diabolical schemes laid out and then you would post something in the players forum which undermined them and meant i had to rethink. Still this is all part of the game.
The problem with these games is they are always reliant on people being able to dedicate certain amounts of time in the evenings to it. Unfortunately sometimes other commitments take over (especially around Xmas) and means that people cant get on when they say they will. It was unfortunate that Iffy could not post, as lack of posting always makes people suspicious, and it also means they can't defend themselves from accusations. Also, it was a shame that Sam was tied up too, as greater involvement might have helped her escape the chop (although i doubt it, as she can't lie!).
I think Iffy getting lynched first helped me, because i was then in the position where i have been seen by the others to actively vote for the deaths of 2 Rippers, which is very un-Ripper like.
However, sticking up for the townies a bit, it is bloody hard to sit there and try and work out who it is, especially when everyone seems so plausible. You end up looking for tiny inconsistencies, or erratic behaviour.
I am still not counting my chickens though, there is 4 hours left and a lot can happen in that time.....i will however remain quiet, even though i am here monitoring the posts.....the less said the better ;)

like i say, you took the time to host it, so that is always creditworthy. I do however think that the townies had the odds stacked a bit too much in their favour. There were too many characters who could check things out, making it very difficult to go undetected.
from what i can tell,
Chalky could uncover things about people through informants
Zozzler could identify things through blood plus had an extra half vote
Barb could check things about people (?)
Carl could identify things about people and publish them
Adam could save someone once
Julia could save someone every night, and herself once
Mr Winston could kill someone once
There were a few times that i think the wolves were hindered. I killed Zozzler so she could not reveal anymore blood clues, but even after ripping her the townies still got the result the next day, which meant that killing her was pointless.
I think the thing that actually scuppered me at the end was Adam's post last night. That opened the door of suspicion, which is why Julia went back and looked at the clues. From there on in, it was a struggle, and there was no way i was going to survive another day. If he had said nothing I maintain they would be none the wiser this morning what happened and i could have worked the uncertainty a bit, and stood a bit of a chance (i would still have been very difficult).

Yes I concede that I did top load it in favour of the townies. Not through any real design more an amalgam of what I'd picked up form the previous three games.
Interestingly In PM's Adam has given me hard time for loading the game in favour of the Rippers saying that "if the game was run 10 times with different players and the same rules the wolves would always win"
It will be interesting to see what happens when you discuss it in the analysis forum...;)
In the end it though it was substantially more difficult that I had bargained for. On Monday night as i panicked and was screaming at the screen it almost cost me my marriage as Mrs T reminded me it was "only a game" :D
