Sorry mate she has the ability to save whoever she likes except herself which was once only.
she went for chalky day 1 and 2, herself 3 and obviously Mr w last night. Which frankly left me with a scenario that I hadn't predicted. Plus the fact that I was a little worse for wear after my xmas do last night. I had to get the input from da boss before cracking day 5 off
I don't what to say other than....come on!

you say she has the ability to save anyone apart from herself once only, but she used that to save Chalky, so surely can't do it again?!

Overnight you get to save a townie from the day’s 10pm Ripper attack- let me know your nomination by PM by 10pm every day. Mysteriously, after day one, you could be PM’d with the identity of one player who is a townie. You may choose to save yourself once only. Note; you may choose to save a player on the first day.

ah, ok, that is pretty conclusive, i would have definitely ripped her had i thought that, i was actually being a bit flamboyant, leaving the person that suspected me most alive until the end, so she knew her fate and folly. Hoist by one's own petard is a phrase that springs to mind - hehehehe

like i say, you took the time to host it, so that is always creditworthy. I do however think that the townies had the odds stacked a bit too much in their favour. There were too many characters who could check things out, making it very difficult to go undetected.
from what i can tell,
Chalky could uncover things about people through informants
Zozzler could identify things through blood plus had an extra half vote
Barb could check things about people (?)
Carl could identify things about people and publish them
Adam could save someone once
Julia could save someone every night, and herself once
Mr Winston could kill someone once
There were a few times that i think the wolves were hindered. I killed Zozzler so she could not reveal anymore blood clues, but even after ripping her the townies still got the result the next day, which meant that killing her was pointless.
I think the thing that actually scuppered me at the end was Adam's post last night. That opened the door of suspicion, which is why Julia went back and looked at the clues. From there on in, it was a struggle, and there was no way i was going to survive another day. If he had said nothing I maintain they would be none the wiser this morning what happened and i could have worked the uncertainty a bit, and stood a bit of a chance (i would still have been very difficult).

Yes I concede that I did top load it in favour of the townies. Not through any real design more an amalgam of what I'd picked up form the previous three games.
Interestingly In PM's Adam has given me hard time for loading the game in favour of the Rippers saying that "if the game was run 10 times with different players and the same rules the wolves would always win"
It will be interesting to see what happens when you discuss it in the analysis forum...;)
In the end it though it was substantially more difficult that I had bargained for. On Monday night as i panicked and was screaming at the screen it almost cost me my marriage as Mrs T reminded me it was "only a game" :D
I am expecting some lengthy recriminations gulp.
